Terms of Service: Studio Jai Home
1. Custom Orders & Product Representation
All items sold through Studio Jai Home are custom-made to your specifications.

Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture and variations in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee an exact match in fabric color, grain, or texture.

Accuracy: By placing an order, the customer confirms that all dimensions and selected finishes are correct for their space.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Because each piece is bespoke and manufactured specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, structural exchanges, or refunds for "change of heart" or if an item does not fit into your home (please measure your entryways, hallways, and elevators carefully!).
3. Production & Shipping Timelines
Estimated lead times are typically 1–2 months but are subject to change based on material availability and artisan schedules.

Studio Jai Home is not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer or third-party shipping carriers.

"Shipping" refers to the entire window from production start to doorstep delivery.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item arrives damaged:

Inspection: You must inspect the piece immediately upon delivery.

Reporting: Any damages must be noted on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and reported to Studio Jai Home within 24 hours of receipt.

Resolution: We will work closely with the manufacturer to repair or replace the item at our discretion.
5. Delivery Requirements
For large furniture items (like the Freya Sofa), customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery path is clear. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, the customer is responsible for any return shipping or storage fees incurred.
6. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to initiate the custom manufacturing process with our partners.
